This is an illustration of common information and how to interpret it, not an actual RP Data report or data for a real property. Your report’s layout and available fields may differ.
Property details
Check the address, property type and recorded features against the listing and your inspection. Records may not reflect recent changes.
Indicative value
Read any estimate, range, date and confidence information together. An estimate does not guarantee a sale price or the value a lender will accept.
Sales history
Check the dates and circumstances of previous transactions. An older sale alone does not establish the property’s current value.
Comparable sales
Compare location, size, condition and sale date. A nearby sale may involve a very different property.
Buying? Use the report alongside your borrowing-power review. Refinancing? A lender may obtain its own valuation when assessing your refinance application.

This offer is a free property report arranged by Find A Better Rate. It does not provide an RP Data subscription, login or free trial of the professional platform.
Is the report a formal valuation?
No. Automated estimates and market data are useful for research, but they do not replace a physical inspection, lender valuation or professional valuation.
Can I request more than one address?
Yes. Enter each address in the form, separated by a comma, and provide enough detail to identify each property.
What happens after I submit the form?
