Request our Credit Guide

Our Credit Guide and Privacy Disclosure Statement explains our services, assessment process, remuneration, lender panel, complaints process and handling of personal information. Email Chris for a copy or call us. This page is a summary and does not replace the full guide or the disclosures provided for your application.

Fees and how we are paid

Our aggregator receives commissions from lenders and pays us commission for settled loans. These can include an upfront commission and an ongoing trail commission. Those lender commissions are not payable by you. The commission details relevant to your application are disclosed in the Summary of Requirements and Credit Proposal.

Where a fee for credit assistance applies, it is set out in a Credit Quote provided before your application is submitted. Lender and third-party costs, such as application or valuation fees, may also apply. Any applicable referral payments are disclosed in your credit proposal.

Your needs and our assessment

Our Credit Guide explains our obligation to put your finance needs first and assess whether a proposed loan is unsuitable for your circumstances. We ask about your objectives, financial position and ability to repay, and take steps to verify the information you provide. You can request a copy of your preliminary assessment at no charge; the guide explains the applicable timeframes.

Tell Chris what happened and the resolution you are seeking, by phone or email using the details above. If you are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, contact our licensee’s Compliance and Complaints Handling Officer:
