Information we collect
This may include your contact details, enquiry information and, where needed to provide services, financial information supplied directly by you.
Website enquiry attribution
If you choose Allow measurement in Ad privacy choices, we use a first-party cookie for up to 30 days to remember the page where you arrived and any advertising click identifiers or campaign parameters in that address. We also retain the referring website’s hostname, when available, to distinguish search and referral traffic; we do not retain its full address or search terms. When you submit an enquiry or book an appointment, these details are passed to our booking and customer relationship management provider, My Marketing Portal, so we can understand which campaigns generate enquiries. The attribution cookie does not store your name, email address, phone number or financial details. Blocking cookies may prevent us from identifying the campaign, but you can still enquire.
ChatGPT advertising measurement
Advertising measurement is off until you agree. The choices panel stays closed until you open Ad privacy choices. If you choose Allow measurement, we load Google Tag Manager and the OpenAI advertising pixel to measure confirmed enquiries and appointment bookings. It uses advertising identifiers and cookies to connect these actions to our ChatGPT ads. Automatic advanced matching may detect contact information and send securely hashed identifiers to OpenAI. We do not include your enquiry message, loan details or financial information in our conversion event calls.
The OpenAI attribution cookie may last up to 30 days and its browser identifier cookie up to 365 days. You can decline or withdraw permission using Ad privacy choices at the bottom of the page. Withdrawal stops future measurement; it does not remove events already sent. Declining does not affect our enquiry or booking services.
